Make an Impact

 

This doesn’t mean to go out and do something bad.  It really means to go out and do something good.  My theory is that so many people will exist in an organization and never make a gigantic impact.  I noticed this when I asked where someone was and found out they were gone for over two months.  Other people are gone for only a few days and I  immediately felt the impact.  They were the ones who pushed the boundaries and took the biggest risks.  They worked to make things better.  So cause some trouble.  Find ways to improve things and be daring enough to accept the challenge.
