Locks
Look up channel to set the VHF radio to and change VHF setting to it.
In Florida it is channel 13.
Before approaching the lock, activate the transmission button on VHF radio.
May require everyone wears a life preserver / PFD.
Have fenders and line ready to tie on to one side.

Release the VHF transmit button and wait 2 minutes for an acknowledgement.
If no response, activate the transmission button on VHF radio.

Lock should confirm request, may provide instructions.
If they say over, respond back that you acknowledge.
If they say out, sit back until the lock opens.
Enter and tie on to the side they requested.
A signal will let you know when the water change is completed.
Use a spring line to get away from the wall and exit the lock. After leaving, activate the transmission button on VHF radio.
